Charbar Co. leads a new niche gourmet burger market, while embracing a chef driven menu centered around high quality, regionally sourced ingredients to create a simple gourmet menu that tastes great without the gourmet price tag.
Charbar Co.‘s retro yet modern and forward thinking atmosphere compliments the upscale casual menu. The overall theme reflects our approach to celebrating music in American culture, using music themed accents that span the decades. The interior décor of wood and soft lighting with LPs adorning the walls is classy yet relaxed and creates a welcoming ambiance. Our open garden patio further supports the relaxed and friendly environment creating an inviting space for both lunch and dinner occasions.
